We try to process and dispatch every order on the day of purchase. In the case of a delay we will let you know immediately

Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class or Express Courier. A signature may be required.

1st Class U.K. delivery (please allow 1-3 days)

FREE delivery on all orders over £50 To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas we recommend using our other shipping methods.

We aim to dispatch your order on the day of receipt if received before 1.30pm or the next working day for orders received after 1.30pm or on a weekend or public holiday.

Availability

In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock we will send the remainder of your order and forward the out of stock item as soon as it comes back in to stock.

Cancellations

To cancel an order the status of the order must be "Pending" if the status is "In Progress" we cannot cancel the order. Please call customer serivce if you have any questions.
